SB Cutts is a Fasciologist, Trauma-Informed Neuro-Somatic Guide, and Integrative Wellness Coach dedicated to helping others restore connection to their bodies, awaken their consciousness, and remember their innate wholeness.
Her work bridges ancient wisdom and modern science — combining fascia remodeling, energy medicine, somatic therapy, and holistic coaching to create profound transformation on every level of being.
A lifelong student of consciousness and human potential, SB practices Transcendental Meditation, and is currently studying at Maharishi International University, deepening her exploration of the unified field of mind, body, and spirit. She is also walking the Native American Medicine Wheel, apprenticing in the traditional path of becoming a Medicine Woman — a sacred calling rooted in balance, harmony, and connection to all life.
SB’s approach integrates diverse disciplines — from Reiki and Intuitive Healing Massage to Fascia Therapy, nutrition, breathwork, and somatic dialogue — guiding each client through a personalized journey of release, realignment, and rediscovery. Her sessions often blend bodywork with therapeutic conversation, creating a safe space for emotional unwinding, energetic integration, and embodied healing.

Fascia Remodeling

Cupping
